Altia embodies the idea of elevation, of ascending and observing, and it is precisely this principle that guides the design of the coastal architectural project. The development unfolds in a stepped configuration that adapts to the existing topography, granting each level privileged views toward the sea. Using simple, exposed materials—such as concrete, wood, and stone—the project conveys a sense of rustic simplicity and elegance, while its inhabitable terraces reinforce the direct connection with the coastal landscape.
