ATRIUM RESIDENCE
Inspired by the sculptural qualities of natural materials and the timeless character of adobe architecture, the residence is shaped through soft curves, organic walls, and irregular openings that give the spaces an aged, rustic, and tactile quality. Exposed concrete, wood, stone, and earth-toned finishes reinforce this connection to nature, creating a warm and grounded atmosphere that responds naturally to its coastal setting. The open-plan layout establishes a fluid relationship between public and private spaces, allowing each area to develop its own atmosphere while maintaining a strong visual and physical connection to the landscape.
The architecture extends naturally toward the pool and terraces, creating continuous indoor-outdoor spaces that frame the sea and take full advantage of the site's privileged coastal location. Generous terraces become extensions of the living areas, providing spaces for gathering, relaxing, and experiencing the surrounding landscape. An independent apartment adds flexibility to the residence, allowing it to accommodate guests, extended family, or alternative uses while maintaining the same architectural language. Together, these elements create a relaxed, timeless retreat where the architecture feels sculpted by its environment and deeply connected to the sea.
